Habilitative Program Administrator

📋 Description

• Develop functional assessments and Positive Behavior Support Plans (PBSPs) using data from direct
• Develop Individual Support Plan Programs for caseload
• Train team members on plans and program implementation
• Partner with program directors to implement support plan programs
• Using Therap (electronic data collection system), review data and compile reports on behavior and
• Assist in creating and maintaining tracking spreadsheets for due dates and planning meetings

🎯 Requirements

• Master's degree in psychology, behavior analysis, mental health, special education, social work, or
• 2+ years of professional experience with individuals with intellectual developmental disabilities
• Experience writing functional assessments and positive behavior support plans
• Strong administrative skills
• Strong leadership skills with ability to train and mentor support teams
• Experience with Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strongly preferred
