Hardware Designer - Mechanical

📋 Description

• End-to-End ownership from concept to mass production.
• Drive hardware design to meet schedules and cost targets.
• Collaborate with Electrical, Quality, Firmware, and Manufacturing teams.
• Hands-on prototyping to resolve design and assembly issues.
• Transition products to manufacturing with training and debugging.
• Source and manage suppliers and new technologies.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in 3D CAD; SolidWorks and SolidWorks PDM.
• Experience with molding, machining, casting, stamping, extrusion.
• Proficient with PLM tools for part and BOM management.
• Knowledge of PCBs and integrating them into mechanical products.
• Familiar with DFMs/DFAs/DFTs for production optimization.
