Drive volume production through MES, nonconforming product management, configuration, traceability
Manage new product introduction of PCBA assemblies with design engineers
Use process capability analysis and Gauge R&R to guide equipment selection
Design and implement systems to improve the safety of the PCBA production line
Track schedule, WIP, and defect rates; drive improvements for manufacturability

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline
1+ years experience in manufacturing engineering, SMT, accelerated testing, hardware debug/triage
