Hardware Engineer

📋 Description

• Own hardware design projects from concept to PCB layout.
• Develop hardware solutions meeting specs and IECEx, IEC61010 standards.
• Define and execute tests for performance, reliability, and compatibility.
• Document telecom certs such as FCC, IFT, CE and ANATEL.
• Collaborate with software/firmware/product teams for integration.
• Troubleshoot hardware issues, diagnose root causes, propose fixes.
• Document results and hardware metrics clearly.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's/Master's in Electrical or Telecommunications Eng.
• At least 5 years in hardware engineering/electronics.
• Proficiency in KiCAD and Altium Designer.
• Experience using lab tools for hardware testing and analysis.
• Excellent verbal and written communication of technical info.
• DFM/DFA experience.
• Familiar with low-power and battery-powered hardware.
• Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.
• Willing to relocate/move to Sao Paulo.
