Hardware Engineer

📋 Description

• Drive development of hardware from concept through mass production
• Own end-to-end execution of complex programs (EVT/DVT/PVT milestones)
• Align cross-functional teams including firmware, mechanical, supply chain, and operations
• Serve as primary technical voice with JDM partners on architecture, requirements, and build
• Lead program reviews, surface risks early, and unblock teams
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers on design reviews and validation plans

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
• Comfortable reading schematics and understanding PCB layout fundamentals
• Solid understanding of hardware development process (design, bring-up, validation, manufacturing)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, able to track multiple workstreams
• Proactive ownership of open issues, risks, and dependencies
• Experience working with external partners (JDM/suppliers/vendors)
