Hardware Engineering Technician

📋 Description

• Assemble, configure, and prepare prototype and production hardware, including soldering, wiring
• Execute electrical, functional, environmental, and reliability testing; support EVT, DVT, PVT
• Record measurements, anomalies, photos, logs, and pass/fail results.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and repair failed assemblies, field returns, and intermittent hardware
• Document root cause, repair actions, and final disposition.
• Support inspections, supplier audits, quality reviews, and defect investigations; document

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on electronics technician experience in engineering, manufacturing, test, repair, quality, or
• Ability to read schematics, drawings, work instructions, test procedures, and basic mechanical
• Working knowledge of PCBs, components, cables, connectors, power systems, sensors, controllers, and
• Proficiency with standard lab tools, soldering, wiring, rework, inspection, assembly, and repair.
• Ability to troubleshoot board, cable, connector, assembly, configuration, and system-level issues.
• Strong documentation discipline for test records, repair notes, inspection findings, photos, logs
