Hardware Fulfillment Associate

📋 Description

• Receive, inspect, and put away inbound hardware, logging any damage or discrepancies, and
• Utilize handheld scanners, laptops, and apps to pick hardware, building materials, and supplies
• Pick, pack, and ship orders to meet strict carrier cutoffs (including expedited and drop-ship
• Build and configure register kits and peripherals to exact specifications, including Mobile Device
• Pack items securely, stage orders for pickup or delivery, load products into vans, and handle
• Participate in regular cycle counts, resolve count variances with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or inventory environment
• High accuracy and attention to detail, with comfort using barcode scanners and inventory systems
• Basic proficiency with digital inventory tools, handheld scanners, and everyday technology
• Computer proficiency (comfortable operating both MacBooks and Windows PCs)
• Basic technical comfort with device setup and configuration (comprehensive training provided)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift heavy items (frequently 40 to 50+ pounds) throughout
