Imaging OPSWAT hardware per customer orders per SOPs.
Perform QA/QC testing to ensure hardware meets OPSWAT's standards.
Create and troubleshoot any software issues discovered during the fulfillment process.
Oversee the packing and preparation of hardware for shipment.
Update internal technical knowledge and assist in maintaining a design library.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment.

🎯 Requirements

Strong understanding of hardware imaging and QA/QC processes.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Strong knowledge of individual hardware components.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using inventory management and tracking software.
Familiarity with cybersecurity hardware is a plus.
