📋 Description

• Imaging, testing, assembling, and packaging hardware for customers worldwide.
• QA/QC to ensure devices meet OPSWAT standards.
• Configure OS, firmware, and apps across Windows and Linux.
• Troubleshoot imaging or deployment errors with engineering/support.
• Document fulfillment steps, test results, and issue resolutions.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure timely orders.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hardware imaging, QA, and QC process knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux OS.
• Understanding of hardware components and system interactions.
• Problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
