Hardware Fulfillment Technician

📋 Description

• Imaging, testing, assembling, and packaging hardware for customers.
• Identify performance issues; streamline processes; ensure quality standards.
• Configure OS, firmware, and apps across Windows, Linux, and other envs.
• Troubleshoot imaging/deployment errors with Eng/Support.
• Perform QA/QC testing to meet functional, performance, and security standards.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and Engineering to ensure timely order fulfillment.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong understanding of hardware imaging, QA, and QC processes.
• Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
• Understanding of hardware components and system-level interactions.
• Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency with inventory management concepts and tracking software.
