📋 Description

• Lead hardware installations, maintenance visits, and repairs on site.
• Coordinate Hardware Operations Engineers to meet safety and quality standards.
• Mentor Engineers through hands-on tasks, QA checks, and site activity.
• Own hardware health checks across cameras, compute, networking, power, and cabling.
• Lead onsite troubleshooting; determine recovery path; coordinate RMAs and escalations.
• Partner with Project Managers to hit installation timelines and share field feedback.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in hardware field service, broadcast tech, or sports tech.
• Troubleshooting across camera systems, servers, compute hardware, networking, and cabling.
• Lead onsite work with limited supervision, coordinate small teams, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Remote diagnostics, logs, monitoring tools; strong documentation and handover.
• Willingness to travel up to 80% during peak installation windows.
