📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end hardware NPI programs from concept to launch and sustainment.
• Develop and execute roadmaps across HW Eng, SW Eng, supply chain, regulatory US/Asia.
• Drive software–hardware platform integration with engineering teams.
• Monitor and report program metrics, risks, and milestones to leadership.
• Drive cost optimization while maintaining quality and timelines.
• Champion best practices in hardware ops and program management.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in hardware operations or technical program management.
• 3+ years leading cross-functional hardware/software teams.
• 3+ years in software platform implementation and integration with hardware.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, supply chain, or related technical field.
