Hardware Operations Program Manager

📋 Description

• Collaborate cross-functionally to plan and execute hardware product development.
• Define objectives, deliverables, and metrics with exit criteria per phase.
• Plan projects, track progress, communicate status, escalate issues.
• Lead program review meetings and provide concise status updates.
• Develop and improve processes for supply chain, manufacturing and quality.
• Coordinate post-ramp qualification, sustaining activities, and end-of-life planning.

🎯 Requirements

• Functional understanding of manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
• Strong electro-mechanical program management background; consumer/industrial electronics preferred.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and leadership skills.
• Analytical approach to drive data-based recommendations and tracking.
• Willingness to work outside scope to cover gaps in ownership.
• Flexible and creative under uncertainty and change.
