Hardware Product Manager

📋 Description

• Define the strategy and roadmap for hardware products, from sensors and compute platforms to
• Drive hardware products from concept through production (SOP), balancing scalable platform design
• Collaborate closely with electrical, mechanical, and systems engineering teams to prioritize
• Own key technology and supplier partnerships — including component vendors, Tier-1 suppliers, and
• Partner with business development and marketing on customer pitches, go-to-market positioning, and
• Work directly with OEM customers to gather feedback and ensure the product roadmap stays aligned

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, with a focus on hardware products
• Experience at an automotive, trucking, defense, or other OEM, or at a supplier building hardware
• A track record of shipping hardware products to production, including navigating prototyping
• Strong technical background with understanding of and/or hands-on experience in electrical or
• BS/MS degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
• Experience managing external partners, suppliers, or contract manufacturers
