🎯 Requirements

3+ years in supply chain, operations, vendor management, logistics, or project management
Strong written/verbal communication and empathy for solving user problems
Data-driven decision making
Ability to navigate ambiguity with attention to detail
Experience scaling user support and improving operational processes
Ability to execute complex operational projects with multiple stakeholders
