Hardware Quality Engineer

📋 Description

• Track, log, and manage quality issues in the data center during deployment and production.
• Perform RCA for every hardware, software, or process failure.
• Analyze production metrics and quality data to detect trends and anomalies.
• Improve RMA turnaround time (TAT) for returns.
• Design, monitor, and drive CAPA (corrective and preventive actions).
• Implement containment actions to keep systems running until fixes.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience with hardware / data center / infrastructure systems.
• Strong data analysis, statistics, and metrics.
• Root cause analysis methods (5 Whys, fishbone, 8D, A3).
• Detail-oriented, process-driven, and quality-minded.
• Experience with quality tools or QMS software (audit modules, ERP, defect tracking).
• Communicate clearly in English (written and verbal).
