📋 Description

  • Develop electrical, mechanical, and environmental test plans for hardware

  • Support manufacturing to resolve quality issues on the production line
  • Monitor quality KPIs and drive improvement initiatives
  • Implement robust quality control processes (ESS and burn-in) to trap defects

🎯 Requirements

  • Mastery of hardware quality; lead hands-on initiatives
  • System expert; strengthen ISO 9001:2015 QMS
  • Technical degree/diploma in electrical or mechanical
  • Diagnostic intuition; root-cause analysis and debugging
  • Analytical and problem-solving; methodical issue resolution
  • Attention to detail; high accuracy and quality
  • Continuous learning; eager to adopt new tech
  • Bonus: experience with test automation, environmental testing, or traffic mobility
