Hardware Reliability Engineer, Electrical (Starshield)

📋 Description

• Perform failure analysis of Starshield hardware; identify root causes and fixes.
• Use schematics, test equipment, and inspection to identify failure physics.
• Collaborate with design, manufacturing, and supply chain to boost reliability.
• Work with test engineers to improve assets and coverage; reduce false failures.
• Monitor yield and quality metrics; drive corrective actions.
• Conduct benchtop environmental testing to validate robustness.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical or computer engineering, physics, or related field.
• 1+ years in hardware development, failure analysis, or reliability engineering.
• Master’s degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
• 3+ years of industry experience with electronic hardware.
• Experience with digital/mixed-signal designs, power/RF electronics; HALT/HASS testing.
• Troubleshooting and root-cause analysis of electrical hardware.
