🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in an engineering discipline.
• 2+ years in a design or manufacturing engineering role (student projects or internships qualify).
• Preferred: Master’s in electrical/mechanical/aerospace/materials engineering.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills; ownership of complex components from design to
• Experience in mechatronics or cross-disciplinary tech; programming in SQL, C++, C, Python.
• Knowledge of quality tools: DOE, SPC, RCA/CA, PFMEA, problem solving; experience in fast-paced
