Hardware Shipping Specialist

📋 Description

• Pick and pack orders with correct SKUs.
• Follow packing standards to minimize damage.
• Enter fulfillment data accurately in internal systems.
• Assist in staging shipments and carrier prep.
• Support inventory put-aways, bin organization, and cycle counts.
• Report discrepancies to senior team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of experience in warehouse operations or related roles.
• Experience in fintech or SaaS environments preferred.
• A high school diploma or GED is required.
• Associate degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related fields preferred.
• An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages preferred.
