Hardware Support Engineer

📋 Description

• Perform troubleshooting and proactive maintenance on data center server equipment.
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, data center staff, and customers to resolve hardware issues.
• Maintain accurate documentation of hardware configurations, changes, and issue resolutions.
• Contribute to hardware maintenance processes and best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years IT experience with hardware support.
• Excellent understanding of server architecture and PC hardware.
• Proven experience diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware issues.
• Basic Linux/Unix knowledge.
• Familiarity with networking concepts (InfiniBand, IP addressing, DNS, gateways).
• Familiarity with GPU clusters HW troubleshooting.
