Hardware Systems Engineer, VOS

📋 Description

• Decompose vehicle-level requirements into system, hardware, EE-level.
• Define EE architectures for test benches and HIL rigs.
• Use Cameo (MBSE/SysML) for architecture modeling.
• Own validation and verification of system and hardware requirements.
• Maintain end-to-end traceability across requirements and tests.
• Define ASPICE 2 processes and ISO 26262 compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in systems/hardware engineering (5+ preferred).
• BS/MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Experience deriving/allocating requirements from vehicle-level.
• Understanding of EE systems: power, wiring, DAQ.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Note: no hands-on schematic capture or board bring-up.
