Hardware Systems Technical Lead

📋 Description

• Define hardware systems for photonic AI infra
• Own hardware development lifecycle from concept to production
• Define, develop, and review PCBA for system requirements
• Lead bench bring-up, EVT/DVT, and production release
• Collaborate with firmware, photonics, packaging, and software
• Document schematics, design reviews, test plans, and validation reports

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years in hardware
• Track record taking complex hardware from concept through production
• VRMs, high-speed SerDes, PCIe, Ethernet, SPI/QSPI, I3C, I2C, JTAG
• Lead multi-disciplinary development across electrical, mechanical, and firmware
• Ownership mindset in ambiguous, dynamic environments
• Systems Engineering methods: requirements, traceability, FMEA, EVT/DVT/PVT
