Hardware Technical Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own and drive the product development process (PDP) for hardware programs, from early concept and
• Manage multiple concurrent hardware programs, each spanning cross-functional teams across
• Define program scope, schedules, and milestones, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to
• Identify technical risks and gaps early, and drive mitigation plans in close partnership with
• Coordinate with manufacturing, supply chain, and contract manufacturing partners to ensure
• Serve as the operational backbone of each hardware program — running design reviews, tracking

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related field) or equivalent
• 7+ years of experience in hardware technical program management, with a demonstrated track record
• Experience across multiple hardware product lines or industries (e.g., consumer electronics
• Deep understanding of the hardware product development process (PDP), including design
• Experience managing multiple complex, concurrent hardware programs with competing priorities and
• Strong technical fluency across electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, and system
