Hardware Technical Program Manager, Infrastructure Partner Operations

📋 Description

• Own engagement with third-party infrastructure providers to meet SLAs.
• Develop governance with strategic partners and executive reporting.
• Define and improve key operational metrics: availability, deployment, incidents.
• Build dashboards and reporting on partner performance and risks.
• Coordinate cross-functional OpenAI teams with external providers.
• Lead escalations and establish weekly operating rhythms with partners.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in TPM/Infra Ops/Cloud Ops in large-scale infra.
• Experience managing external infra/provider relationships.
• Strong understanding of hyperscale cloud infra and data centers.
• Experience developing KPIs, SLAs, dashboards, and exec reporting.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs without direct authority.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; Bachelor's degree in Engineering/CS/IS/Operations.
