📋 Description

• Lead complex hardware installation, troubleshooting, and repair in data centers.
• Escalation point for hardware failures requiring advanced troubleshooting.
• Design and update raised floor plans and cabinet layouts.
• Manage remote data center operations via customer portals.
• Mentor associate hardware technicians on installation techniques.
• Perform root-cause analysis and implement preventative measures.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years data center hardware experience with leadership.
• Advanced knowledge of cable installation and structured cabling.
• Hands-on with servers, network gear, and mainframe components.
• Proficiency with AS/400 and S/390 terminology.
• Strong root-cause analysis and advanced troubleshooting skills.
• Experience coordinating remote data centers and distributed teams.
