Hardware Technician

📋 Description

• Operate and maintain 3D printers, including troubleshooting and material handling
• Support rapid prototyping by fabricating and finishing parts using shop tools and basic fabrication
• Perform mechanical assembly, including drone hardware and similar systems
• Install, modify, and maintain lab and shop infrastructure such as benches, shelving, and test
• Maintain organization and functionality across shared lab spaces
• Move between multiple labs and tasks throughout the day to support engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience with 3D printing, including machine operation, basic troubleshooting
• Experience using shop tools such as saws, drill presses, sanders, and other fabrication equipment
• Experience with mechanical assembly, ideally including multirotors, RC aircraft, or similar systems
• Experience setting up or improving lab or shop environments (e.g., mounting equipment, building
• Comfortable working on your feet and moving between multiple tasks and locations throughout the day
• Ability to proactively identify and execute the highest priority work in a fast-paced environment
