• Hybrid role linking Hardware and Onsite Operations
• Time split: Basingstoke HQ and international events
• Lead deployment and build-out of kit; improve processes
• Manage hardware assets and kit quirks; establish robust processes
• Collaborate with Projects, Warehouse, Logistics teams
• Split office/on-site schedule to align with tennis calendar

🎯 Requirements

• University Degree or equivalent professional experience
• Proactive, diligent and organised
• Efficient with time; prioritise and self-sufficient
• Demonstrated history of working with computer and camera hardware
• Understand hardware processes including RMA, Procurement, Crosscheck and Quirks
• Track record of creating and delivering training
• Excellent communication skills across operations team and wider business
