Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Design and construct test apparatuses to characterize features
• Develop measurement methods; integrate sensors; ensure fixture accuracy
• Collaborate with algorithms and firmware teams to verify feature operation
• Advise mechanical engineers on design changes from test results
• Stand up data pipelines to visualize collected test results
• Write documentation and test reports with clear outputs

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Mechanical/Mechatronics, Electrical, or related field
• 3-5 years hands-on experience developing test fixtures/infrastructure
• Experience through at least one product development cycle
• Cross-functional collaboration across engineering disciplines
• Hands-on electromechanical integration; measurement/instrumentation
• Data acquisition systems and IO devices (Arduino, Raspberry Pi); Python scripting
