Formulate test strategies and develop tests for new and existing products
Analyze materials and data, conduct tests, troubleshoot, monitor performance and ensure quality
Develop new testing methods and train lab personnel
Maintain lab inventories, test equipment, and supplies
Present defect, risk, and CAPA data to cross-functional teams
Collaborate to validate manufacturing lines and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical, Materials Science or Electrical Engineering
3+ years hands-on technical experience
Excellent spoken and written English; strong cross-functional collaboration
Self-starter, able to work independently with sound technical/business judgment
Experience with engineering drawings; willingness to commute to South Jordan, UT office (Mon–Fri)
