📋 Description

• Hands-on testing of robotic hand hardware across components to system level.
• Assemble test articles and run validation tests; feed results back to design.
• Contribute to test strategy, planning, and fixture fabrication.
• Collaborate with ME, EE, firmware, and controls teams throughout development.
• Document results with traceable, structured reports and data.
• Engage in early design for test and harnessing support.

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on hardware test experience (mechanical/electromechanical).
• Ability to write structured test plans with clear criteria.
• Experience building test fixtures/benchtop setups.
• Read mechanical drawings, schematics, datasheets.
• Familiar with data acquisition systems and benchtop instruments.
• Python for data processing and analysis.
