Hardware Test Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute and improve validation test plans for automotive PCBs
• Characterize board performance using lab equipment
• Automate lab routines with Python or similar scripting
• Analyze and document results for internal teams and customers
• Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams
• Interpret OEM test protocols such as LV124, ISO 16750, and CISPR

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering
• 2–6 years hands-on board-level testing and validation
• Comfortable in a lab with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and power meters
• Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing
• Experience with test automation (Python, LabVIEW)
• Familiar with automotive/consumer electronics validation flows; OEM protocols
