Hardware Validation Engineer

📋 Description

• Execute and improve validation test plans for custom automotive PCBs
• Characterize board performance using lab equipment (oscilloscope, power supply, electronic loads
• Automate lab equipment and test routines using Python or similar scripting languages
• Analyze and document results in clear, concise reports for internal teams and external customers
• Collaborate with electrical design, system integration, and software teams to support board
• Interpret and follow OEM test protocols (e.g., LV124, ISO 16750, CISPR, etc.)

🎯 Requirements

• BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering or equivalent degree
• 2–6 years of hands-on experience in board-level testing and validation
• Comfortable working in a lab setting with test equipment (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, power
• Familiar with thermal, structural, and electrical stress testing
• Experience with test automation (Python, LabView, or similar)
• Familiarity with vehicle or consumer electronics validation flows
