Support manufacturing engineers with process documentation and work instruction review
Assist with wire harness and cable assembly builds, including cutting, stripping, crimping
Participate in quality inspections
Help analyze manufacturing issues such as defects, rework, and throughput constraints
Assist with equipment qualification, tooling and fixture improvements, and test setups
Support DFM/DFA feedback to engineering teams

🎯 Requirements

Currently hold a four-year degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related
A passion for hardware development, including working in a fast-paced environment and hands-on
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Strong communication skills
Familiarity with spacecraft systems and operation
Must be onsite 5 days a week
