Harness Manufacturing Technician

📋 Description

• Harness manufacturing for testing setups or satellites
• Evaluate manufacturability; provide feedback to designers
• Assemble and install wiring harnesses per drawings/work instructions
• Handle wires, connectors, shielding, and protective coverings with precision
• Prepare and maintain documentation, traveler sheets, and quality records
• Assist in troubleshooting and rework of harness assemblies under supervision

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor degree
• 2+ years hands-on manufacturing with electronics and harnesses
• Experience in soldering
• Familiarity with crimping, soldering, wire stripping, lacing, and connector assembly
• Read and interpret assembly drawings, wiring tables, and work instructions
• Basic knowledge IPC/WHMA-A-620
