📋 Description

• Harvesting and first-stage processing of Cresco Labs' product
• Working in the garden, plucking leaves before harvest
• Weigh, bag, tag, and label product for ID
• Monitor dry rooms to optimize flower quality and standards
• Maintain hygienic/sanitation policies and clean workspace
• Time-management and multi-task in a fast-paced environment

🎯 Requirements

• Two years of general production experience (preferably regulated)
• Follow compliance, quality, and HR guidelines
• Team-oriented and able to work with others
• Strict adherence to hygienic/sanitation policies
• Able to perform repetitive tasks for long periods
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs to torso level
