📋 Description

• Executes harvesting and bucking; assists in deleafing and room prep.
• Maintains clean and sanitary work areas.
• Works to meet daily and weekly goals.
• Demonstrates teamwork, mutual respect, and open communication.
• Adheres to SOPs and quality standards.
• Maintains quality checks of WIP material and KPI tracking.

🎯 Requirements

• Lift up to 50 lbs; up to 100 lbs with assistance.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work in varying temperatures and humidity.
• Not allergic to or fearful of insects.
