🎯 Requirements

Background in mechanical engineering
Experience with design reviews and complex product development
Understanding of engineering workflows (e.g., CAD, PLM, design review tools)
Technical aptitude for AI and software products
Communication and relationship-building skills (for customer-facing roles)
Problem-solving skills
