📋 Description

• Design and develop Oracle OTBI dashboards providing real-time workforce insights across areas such
• Build Oracle BI Publisher reports and templates supporting federal HR submissions, compliance
• Create advanced Oracle Analytics Cloud dashboards incorporating predictive modeling, trend
• Configure and optimize HCM Extract processes for bulk data extraction and downstream analytics and
• Develop interactive organizational charts, workforce exploration tools, ad hoc reporting
• Deliver analytics solutions supporting federal workforce initiatives, including EEO/MD-715, FEVS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 7 years of relevant experience, with additional professional experience
• 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, enterprise reporting, or a related
• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle OTBI, Oracle BI Publisher, or comparable enterprise BI
• Strong SQL skills with experience developing analytical queries against large-scale HR or HCM
• Demonstrated experience creating interactive dashboards with drill-down capabilities, parameters
• Strong understanding of workforce analytics concepts, including headcount, attrition, time-to-fill
