Head Audio (Touring)

📋 Description

• Mix audio: track and live elements; adjust as warranted.
• Set up tour array system for venues; adjust to stage/house.
• Troubleshoot audio, RF, video and communications during performances.
• Develop knowledge of all audio dept equipment to operate safely.
• Lead rig team on grid/trussing placement decisions.
• Maintain show audio archives.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years leadership in audio for live shows.
• Ability to train, develop and evaluate staff.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Read sound drafts, signal flow, safety rules and manuals.
• Knowledge of rigging, hoists and running motors.
• Willingness to travel internationally; passport valid.
