🎯 Requirements

• 10–15 years in leadership of BPR, ERP/CRM rollouts.
• Proven track record mapping E2E processes and SOP governance.
• Lead change, readiness, and GTM adoption for software rollouts.
• Executive presence with experience managing cross-functional stakeholders.
• Advanced knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, TOM and continuous improvement.
