📋 Description

• Ensure supervision and safety of Artists; manage Human Performance risk.
• Partner with Performance Medicine to reduce injury risk and support artists.
• Follow Governance & Standards per the Coaching Handbook and Coaching Code of Conduct.
• Create Artist-centered environment for skill acquisition with appropriate progressions.
• Enhance performance by observing/correcting acrobatic execution with professional knowledge.
• Monitor and document progress; collaborate with Artist Management.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in physical activity sciences or equivalent; Level 3 NCCP certification.
• At least 6 years in group management and long-term training planning; circus arts asset.
• Fluent in English; other language an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and planning skills.
• Good communication and management skills in diverse contexts.
