  • Proven experience in managing complex variable compensation plans and incentive strategies.
  • Expertise in compensation best practices and budget planning/compliance regulations.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets, with strong analytical skills.
  • Experience as a People Leader, with ability to manage and develop a team.
  • Fluent English is mandatory; Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
