📋 Description

• Lead and oversee accounts receivable and collections operations, including daily AR activities
• Develop and implement effective credit management strategies, assess customer creditworthiness
• Design, develop, and manage innovative customer financing solutions and programs in collaboration
• Act as a strategic business partner to Sales, Finance, Vendor Management, Operations, and executive
• Monitor and analyze key financial performance indicators, including Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related
• At least 10 years of progressive professional experience in accounts receivable, credit management
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership or management position, with a proven track record
• Strong expertise in financial analysis, credit risk assessment, cash flow optimization, collections
• Demonstrated experience managing accounts receivable operations, improving collection performance
• Proven ability to develop and manage customer financing programs and collaborate with external
