• Lead Mutiny's AI strategist function for post-sales accounts in NYC.
• Own the managed account book: onboarding, adoption, retention, expansion.
• Build technical solutions and playbooks to scale customer success.
• Own executive relationships with CMOs and VPs; drive renewals and expansions.
• Grow and manage a team of AI strategists as the organization scales.

• Fluent in AI with a strategic, revenue-focused mindset.
• Proven ability to lead technical solutions for complex customers.
• Experience building scalable playbooks and processes for CS teams.
• Strong executive communication and relationship management.
• Leadership experience and ability to hire/develop teams.
• Comfort with a hybrid of strategic and operational responsibilities.
