Head of AI Transformation

📋 Description

• Own AI transformation end to end, defining the long-term internal AI roadmap and strategic vision
• Partner with leaders across all business departments to bring AI & automation into their
• Select & manage AI tooling across the company - from PoCs, to procurement, infosec evaluation
• Support & run global AI enablement of Make employees, coaching teams to design and implement
• Run and organise internal AI L&D - from webinars to hackathons

🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills on every level - ability to simplify & teach technical concepts
• Operational excellence - structured and disciplined, experience running change management programs
• Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem - early adopter and hands-on builder
• Ability to create clarity around you - align people in one direction
• Owned a business transformation in the past, comfortable scaling rigorously and adjusting course
