🎯 Requirements

\n
• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
\n
• Experience at a top-tier firm (Vault 50) and/or in-house at F500/leading tech with client-facing roles.
\n
• Experience leading managers and manager-led teams.
\n
• Proven success building and scaling high-performing teams in fast-paced environments.
\n
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
\n
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results.
\n
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
