🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer.
• Top-tier firm or in-house at F500/tech with client-facing work.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led orgs.
• Proven ability to scale high-performing teams in fast-paced envs.
• Own organizational systems, processes, operating models.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and executive influence.
