🎯 Requirements

• Qualified lawyer with 9+ years PQE.
• Experience at Vault 50 law firms or in-house at a major firm with client-facing work.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams.
• Experience owning organizational systems, processes, and operating models.
• Strong cross-functional partnerships and ability to influence senior leaders.
