• Lead, develop, and scale Legal Engineering Managers.
• Build systems, processes, and operating mechanisms for scale.
• Partner across Product, Engineering, Sales, CS, and Operations.
• Act as trusted advisor to law firm leaders and senior stakeholders.
• Drive organizational performance via planning, resource mgmt, and talent development.
• Help define the future of Harvey's Legal Engineering.

🎯 Requirements

• 9+ years PQE as a qualified lawyer.
• Experience at top-tier law firm and/or in-house at F500/leading tech co.
• Experience leading managers and manager-led organizations.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional partnerships and drive results.
• Strong track record of managing upward and influencing senior leaders.
• Deep understanding of law firm operations and legal tech landscape.
